"Child support scam" est une expression qui peut couvrir beaucoup de choses. Sans contexte il me semble impossible de donner une traduction adéquate. Il faudrait préciser tout d'abord si l'expression se réfère aux Etats-Unis ou au Royaume-Uni. Dans la bouche de certains groupes d'action aux Etats-Unis, comme les pères divorcés, "child support scam" ne se réfère pas nécessairement à un cas de fraude commise par une personne spécifique, mais plutôt à l'injustice que représentent les pensions alimentaires (l'allocation de soutien familial ) à leurs yeux. Dans ce cas, j'aurais tendance à traduire "The Child support Scam" par "Le scandale des pensions alimentaires" ou "Les pensions alimentaires, une arnaque scandaleuse". Un autre "Child support scam" qui a fait couler beaucoup d'encre dans la presse ne concernait pas non plus un cas de fraude mais bien un service chargé des l'allocation de soutien familial qui travaillait bien moins qu'il ne voulait le faire croire.
