Using a Phillips screw driver, loosen the strain relief top adjustment screw of the AC power entry.

Although I understand it I am having a hard time translating it correctly.

strain relief est un peu plus qu'un simple serre-câble puisqu'il implique la notion d'éviter que le câble ne soit trop tendu ou que son fléchissement ne fatigue trop les attaches .
Le premier site ci-dessous explique fort correctement cette fonction, il montre un modèle tandis que le second montre un passe-câble.
La terminologie ne fait pas dans la précision pour les différents types de passe-câble.
Voici ceux que j'ai trouvés dans mes dossiers :

passe-câble de protection contre le flambage
