Jusque-là, je n'ai pas dit de bêtise. La traduction est correcte mais insuffisante.

Le temps spécifié serait ici "phase [delay] time", le temps de propagation de phase : temps de propagation d'une oscillation sinusoïdale d'une certaine fréquence entre deux points.

J'admets que ce qui précède ne signifie pas grand chose.

Il est possible que ce relais soit temporisé pour faire face à des appels de courants normaux (démarrage de moteur, par exemple).

Si on voulait être vraiment complet, il faudrait encore préciser "(entre courant et tension)". C'est bien long, mais je ne vois comment faire plus court.

Dans ce cas également, il existe une grande diversité de solutions techniques parmi les constructeurs de relais. Sans le type exact des relais en question, il me semble difficile de préciser davantage.
