neutral  Tony M: I would be very dubious about the use of 'commande' for 'driver' here; nothing to do with 'piloter', this is a sort of amplifier etc.

agree  Ihatetrados: je pense qu'il s'agit effectivement d'un circuit de commande pour LED, fonctionnant en logique à absorption de courant, on peut se contenter de parler d'un circuit de commande de led "de 100 mA"
