But if these are specific items to be checked, I wouldn't expect 'disconnect' to mean 'a disconnection', but rather 'the facility provided for disconnection', i.e. an isolator — though it could just as easily mean the plug it is plugged in with. Hard to say for sure without knowing a lot more about the specific system. |
