Explanation:
As Elysée quite correctly says, 'antisabotage' is one of the ways this is often translated.

The problem when it is abbreviated to just 'tamper' like this, instead of 'tamper-switch' etc. (and of course it should really be ANTI-tamper!), is that you can't be sure exactly what type of device it is, hence my suggestion of the non-committal 'dispositif'

If you DO know what sort of thing it is (very often a microswiitch = contact), of course you should use the appropriate word to go with.

Explanation:
Le terme "sabotage" peut paraître un peu excessif lorsque l'on parle de simples protections visant à prévenir des manipulations non-autorisées de commandes et d'interrupteurs, mais c'est bien la terminologie correcte. Si c'est trop fort pour le contexte, Termium propose aussi "anti-tentative de détérioration" mais c'est un peu lourd, quoique peut-être plus précis.
