to be translated into "Testeur d'Appareils Portatifs"

PAT Testing and Portable Appliance Testing information
A new hand-held PAT measuring just 90 x 210 x 54mm has been launched by Martindale.

The HPAT600 tests both class I and class II appliances and power cords. The main feature include:
•500V and 250V insulation test for sensitive IT equipment and appliances with mains filters.
•200mA DC earth bond test (soft test)
•Simulated load test (sub-leakage test)

This is a universal safety tester. Many hits for these instruments, but no exact wording.
