Il s'agit d'un manuel d'appareil de photo Leaf. La phrase entière est : You can remove the imaging module from the camera body when you want to rotate the imaging module, to replace it with an analog back, or to use the imaging module on another camera. Quelqu'un a une idée pour "analog back" ? Merci d'avance.

It would be clear to use 'film' rather than 'analog(iq)ue', in both English and French, since conventional cameras only became 'analogue' after the invention of their digital equivalents.

'dos argentique' est tout à fait correct par extensionmais stricto sensu, il s'agit bien d'un appareil analogique. C'est la pellicule, plutôt l'émulsion, qui est argentique.
