Je dirais "interface de structure", car network fabric = structure réseau

Je n'ai pas trouvé d'autres références, mais d'une autre côté c'est un document Cisco.

Explanation:
Le terme "fabric" s'utilise pour un réseau SAN. Je ne vois pas ce que cela pourrait être d'autre. Un réseau SAN permet en particulier de gérer des connexions Ethernet.
Comme la trad. du terme "fabric" n'est pas très employée en français (bien qu'elle ait déjà été fournie dans Proz), autant rajouter le mot SAN pour + de clarté.
A vérifier bien sûr avec le contexte, ou avec le client au besoin.
