A main module is provided with a chip LED, a constant current power supply IC which supplies the chip LED with a constant current, connectors for input/output, chip jumpers and the like.

est-ce que c'est "DEL à puce" et "cavalier à puce" ?

Explanation:
It's a little hard to tell for lack of context, but whichever word order you might use, I don't think you want 'à' in there — AFAIK, this is an LED in the form of a chip (i.e. 'naked', without any special form of packaging)

Regarding 'chip jumper', I certainly don't think this is 'cavalier à puce' — once again, lack of context is a real problem here, but I suspect they are referring to 'cavaliers pour puces'.
