TP&N = 3-phase + Neutral triphasé avec neutre

Explanation:
I just wanted to add this as an answer, to give me the chance to point that it isn't just 'triphasé' — it's most important to keep that 'neutral' in there as well, since certain 3-phase connection configurations do exist without a neutral. Unlikley, of course, in the context, but it's the translator's job to be as accurate and complete as the source text.
