agree  Tony M: Frankly, the AC/DC is redundant — particualrly as it doesn't actaully mean 'AC/DC', but rather, 'AC to DC' — there is a subtle techncial difference that obviously escaped the writer! / These plugtop ones are often called 'bloc'
