Explanation:
Littéralement il s'agit d'un acier séché au four, mais je n'ai trouvé aucune référence. Par contre on trouve pas mal d'entrées avec "acier sec", moins précis.
L'acier est d'abord séché, puis une fois sec, on peut lui appliquer une couche de laque, de peinture, etc.
À limite on pourrait dire acier séché au four et laqué, mais c'est peut-être un peu lourd.

Contraitement à mes collègues, je pense bien que c'est l'acier qui est séché, et pas la peinture ni la laque. Durant un processus de fabrication, il arrive que l'acier doive être rincé, puis séché avant l'application de la laque ou de la peinture de finition.
