C'est un thermostat de sécurité bien sûr, mais il provoque l'arrêt du four lorsque la tempérture atteint une certaine limite supérieure. D'où LIMITE DE TEMPÉRATURE HAUTE.

Asker: Merci Daniel. Je vais utiliser le terme réarmement mais dans le contexte de mon document et selon le schéma du fabricant, il s'agit bien du thermostat de sécurité (pour un four)

Asker: Je suis d'accord, en fait c'est tres long en français:-). J'ai aussi trouvé thermostat de securite de limite superieure
