The complexity of an I-ESIA belies a cookbook approach.
I-ESIA : International Environmental and Social Impact Assessment.

Je le comprends ainsi : Une étude internationale d'impact environnemental et social est plus complexe qu'il n'y parait. Mais, je me demandais si il y avait un terme plus élégant que ma traduction équivalent à cookbook approach.
