fenêtres donnant accès aux escaliers de secours
Explanation:
"About Fire Escapes
Fire escapes are exterior emergency exit paths from a building. They act as a method of escape during fires or other emergencies that make interior stairwells inaccessible. Fire escapes are strategically located on the sides of multi-story buildings. Access to fire escapes may be provided by a fire exit door, however sometimes the only way is through a window. Fire access doors are often equipped with an alarm, which sounds an alert to prevent unwanted entry."
