A l'époque où je galérais au sein de multinationales, on disait "matrix management" en français aussi ... mais le monde évolue ..

Curieusement, le Grand Dieu Google donne 19000 pour "management transversal" contre 1050 pour "gestion matricielle" : mais je persiste à croire que "gestion matricielle" est plus fidèle au sens du terme anglo-américain ...

neutral  Arnold T.: C'est bien de briser la glace; et j'ai remarqué que ça fonctionne ! Sur le St-Laurent elle est partie depuis belle lurette ! Il semble même qu'il n'en restera plus au Pôle Nord à la fin de l'été 2008, et c'est vrai !

neutral  Michael GREEN: Comme je l'ai fait remarque plus haut, AMA le GDT se plante complètement : le "matrix management" n'était pas du tout ça, quand je travaillais dans des grands groupes.
