Deeply subordinated notes means all bonds or notes of the Issuer which constitue direct, unsecured ans lowest ranking subordinated obligations of such person, inclunding bonds or notes the subordination provisions of which are governed by the propvisions of article l.228-97 of the Code.

neutral  xxxwfarkas: note≠bond; US Treasury notes/bonds represent sovereign debt and as such are referred to here out of context. (Deeply) subordinated debt is essentially floated by commercial issuers.
