| English term or phrase: CLAIMS | Pursuant to and in accordance with the deed of pledge daled December 11 . 2009 (the -Deed of Pledge"), the Company agreed that ABC (the "Bank") shall have a lien on all securities, Swiss and foreign currencies, CLAIMS, and other assets and valuables which are currently, or may in the future, be on deposit either with the Bank or its correspondents.
With regards to CLAIMS and registered shares, the Pledge shall be eqUivalent to an assignment in the Bank's favor.
