Explanation:
Le prix d'acquisition reporté (?) est égal à 30% de la quote-part des Actions vendues dans l'intéressement différé reçu par le Gestionnaire de la SICAR, majoré de 10% pour chaque exercice financier...

C'est loin dans mes souvenirs, mais disons que les actions vendues (apport de capital) représentent 10% du capital de la SICAR. On sous-entend que le profit réalisé (d'où les honoraires de rendement (intéressement différé du Gestionnaire) provient pour 10% des nouvelles actions. Le prix d'acquisition reporté est égal à 30% de 10% des honoraires de rendement touchés par le Gestionnaire... enfin je crois :-/

Pour la traduction, je suis pas mal certaine. Pour l'explication, il faudrait que je retourne dans un prospectus ou l'acte de fiducie d'un fonds commun de placement. On y trouve des clauses de ce genre pour le cas où un fonds X serait acquis par un fonds Y (ou le fonds Y vendu au fonds X).
