Bonsoir,

Ce mot figure plusieurs fois dans une liste d'ingrédients (aucun autre contexte hélas). Je l'ai traduit par " à base de viande de..." mais je ne suis pas sûr que "formed" veuille dire seulement "à base de".

Termium donne "façonné" (pour le poulet), dans le contexte de ces viandes reconstituées (pouah!).

Quelqu'un aurait-il une autre traduction ?
