Avis aux amateurs de bière !
Le terme anglais "over-carbonisation" of the beer veut dire, que la bière est trop mousseuse lors du tirage, si je ne m'abuse.
Je cherche le terme professionnel pour ce phénomène.

Attention, le vrai terme anglais est "carbonation" (avec "over" ou pas), pas "carbonisation". En français on parle de "carbonatation". Dissolution du CO2 dans l'eau. Donc "sur-carbonatation" fonctionne et est utilisé par les professionnels.
