Dans un texte sur une vodka, il est question d'un "estate wheat" parmi les ingrédients. S'agit-il d'une variété de blé ou de céréale particulière ? Ou est-ce un attribut qui définit la qualité élevée du blé ?

agree  BabelOn-line: L'explication d'Imanol me semble tenir la route. Un peu comme pour les vins, produit au domaine ou à la propriété.

  -> Merci Babel - Si mon idée est la bonne, c'est aussi un peu comme en agriculture biodynamique, où le fourrage donné aux animaux doit provenir de l'exploitation (= gage de qualité)
