Il s'agit effectivement d'eaux naturellement riches en minéraux (ou artificiellement enrichies) préconisées pour réhydrater le corps et le reminéraliser, généralement pour combler les pertes intervenant lors d'exercices physiques ou d'efforts intenses.
Je soutiens donc la suggestion de schevallier, et propose également le terme "eau reconstituante", en clin d'œil aux eaux de Pougues et de Renlaigue. |
