je trouve que "packed with" a quelque chose d'enthousiasmant. Elles regorgent d'éléments nutritifs.

Explanation:
I like Petitavoine's suggestion of 'regorge' for the idea of 'packed with'.

As 'nutrition' is a somewhat vague, non-technical term in EN (unlike the technical term 'nutrients'), I wonder if this could work as a solution?
