Explanation:
L'udon en toute saison
Plus répandu dans les régions du sud-ouest au Japon, l'udon est une nouille blanche plus épaisse, fabriquée à partir de farine de blé. Elle peut se manger froide, c'est le zaru udon, servi sur un tapis de bambou et trempé dans une sauce froide, ou le hiyashi servi dans un bol arrosé de sauce.
