"en fleur" Explanation: Comem je ne suis pas d'origine française, ma traduction est à prendre avec un pincée, voire une tonne de sel. En tout cas, il ne s'agit pas de farine (floured) mais de la forme de présentation. Il n'y a pas de faute de frappe. Si vous consultez la référence ci-dessus, vous verrez pourquoi ça s'appelle "flowered".
