explosion entre de l'eau et le salin
Explanation:
In the first link below, there is a definition of what a smelt-water explosion is. It is caused when water comes in contact with smelt ("le salin") at the bottom of a boiler in the pulp industry. For smelt, see the granddictionnaire's definition for the pulp and paper industry.

Why not use \"explosion salin-eau\" or \"réaction salin-eau\"?
