P.P.S. J'ai reproduit votre orthog. Le sigle SARL est bien celui de Société à responsabilité limitée. On le sait tous... :)

I think it's closer to this because larger companies have this form (and so it corresponds better to Co Ltd).
It's still "à responsabilité limitée".

I do not agree with MULTIPRO, which has given the translation as société a responsabilité limitée which means a company with limited responsibility ,when translaated back to English.

Asker: Merci bien, MultiPro. Non, je ne tiens pas à abréger, je ne veux qu'etre bien comprise par des clients. Je crois que je vais attendre 24 heures mais votre réponse est plus convenante en ma situation.

Asker: je vais utiliser cette place pour répondre à Stéphanie: c'est que je traduis des papiers d'une companie russe de l'Anglais en Français (ils n'ont pas d'original russe), c'est pourquoi ce 'Co Ltd' a été traduit du Russe en Anglais, ainsi j'ai à trouver l'équivalent français.
