English term or phrase: corporate
I want to express the negative aspect of corporate, not meaning business or commercial but meaning the opposite of creative and cosy, cold and impersonal.

"When trying to create a look for a business are you going for the warm, creative feel or a more corporate image?"... "I want to seem professional but friendly, not corporate... " etc.
