"We employ multiple rigorous safety systems and operate in accordance with strict and comprehensive Safety and Environmental Permits issued by the relevant authorities, including the Health and Safety Executive and the Environment Agency Wales.
We continually work with the local authorities here in Pembrokeshire to ensure they have all the information they need to manage an ***off-site event***, no matter how unlikely this may be."

La notion d'"incident hors-site" n'expliquerait en rien pourquoi le personnel de la plate-forme devrait informer les autorités locales, alors que l'on parle tout probablement du genre d'accident ayant des effets ailleurs que sur la plate-forme elle-même.
