English term or phrase: Now or never, (Alison Vanger) will you marry me ?

Pourriez-vous m'aider à traduire le début de cette formule. Le contexte : un homme se met à genou devant la femme qu'il aime et lui dit de but en blanc : "Now or never, Alison Vanger, will you marry me ? / Veux-tu m'épouser ?". Mais ce "now or never" me chagrine, je ne sais pas bien comment le rendre. Le traduire littéralement n'est pas naturel. On ne dirait pas "Maintenant ou jamais, Alison Vanger, veux-tu m'épouser ?". Merci pour vos idées !
