La phrase est la suivante : "In the 80's, the IMF became the wealthy countries' liaison, a source of reference for banks faced with decisions on the kinds of loans to grant and what the conditions should be."
Je ne comprends pas bien ce qu'ils veulent dire par "wealthy countries' liaison", pourriez-vous m'aider ?
