Ce serait ma traduction diplomatique dans une lettre d'invitation.
La traduction un peu trop littérale de guidance me heurte en français.
Donc, si elle me heurte, elle peut heurter ceux qui la recevront.
En fait, ils vont se concerter suivant le reste de la phrase.
Et chacun émettra son avis ou son conseil.
Avis purement personnel et qui évite des répétitions.

Le participe passé est à la fois moins fort au point de vue de l'expression (le sens) et nettement moins élégant.
