voilà la phrase :
as the ship began turning starboad, the water on the vehicle deck, flowed to port.

je ne comprends pas port ici ...
Je dirais l'eau s'engouffre sur / immerge le pont voitures, mais je dois passer à côté de qq chose, non ?
