Asker: Je pense qu'il y a une différence entre lettre d'offre et lettre d'embauche. Pour moi, la lettre d'embauche est le courrier que l'on envoie au postulant après l'entretien pour l'informer qu'il est retenu pour le poste. La lettre d'offre est pour moi une proposition de poste.

agree  BusterK: surtout destiné à Nathalie : une offre d'emploi est une proposition de poste. Je ne crois cependant pas qu'il y ait de telles lettres qui supposent de s'adresser à quelqu'un et sont à mon avis engageantes pour la société. Offre d'emploi simplement...
