English term or phrase: housekeeping item
contexte : formation de vendeurs pour une grande société. Dans le calendrier de la formation, on parle de "ground rules" et de "housekeeping items"

la deuxième expression on peut traduire l'expression qui semble traiter les "stratégies de fonctionnement doux".
En anglais les mots "housekeeping items" parle des outils qu'on utilise pour nettoyer et assurer le fonctionnement doux (d'une maison)
