Explanation:
Chaque "slide" avec son commentaire dans PowerPoint est minuté (avec les secondes).
Lorsque l'on fait une présentation PowerPoint, le présentateur sait exactement le temps qu'elle devrait prendre. Cependant il y a les interrruptions : des questions et réponses. En tenant compte de ces paramètres, il est plus ou moins possible de respecter le programme du cours.

Ce n'est pas littéral mais c'est l'esprit. Le "roughly" passe mal en français dans ce contexte.
