Je traduis toujours un texte sur le social learning (ma traduction sera publié sur un blog pour le lectorat français, pas forcément au courant des techniques liées au social learning) et certains termes de sciences humaines m'échappent ou je ne suis pas sûre qu'ils soient la meilleure traduction. Voici l'extrait qui me pose actuellement problème : "The culture, processes and the reward systems reflect this and tend to be more “employee centric”, open and based on shorter power distance (Geert Hofstede’s model)."
J'ai consulté quelques liens et sur la page Wikipédia de Geert Hofstede, on parle de distance hiérarchique, pensez-vous que je fais fausse route en pensant cela ? |
