English term or phrase: reporties

Hi all

I am translating a CV, area HR, Talent Acquisition Management

I came across this term "reporties" which I do not find anywhere

in the following sentences

Providing support to users and creating the documents for their reporties

Written validations through PeopleCode on Job Data component to Stop/ allow terminating the Supervisor, if supervisor having reporties.

Explanation:
A priori, ça pourrait signifier les personnes qui sont soit rattachés hiérarchiquement soit fonctionnellement aux "users"... ou des 'subordonnés', ou des 'membres de l'équipe', dans tous les cas des personnes qui doivent faire ce qu'on appelle du 'reporting' vers leurs supérieurs.
