English term or phrase: ‘Share-time’, not ‘chair-time’
‘Share-time’, not ‘chair-time’

The more energy you put into the caring about your patients and always trying to find the best options for their eyes, the more you will be rewarded in patient loyalty. The term ‘chair-time’ has a history of being an expense for your practice, but I have a good colleague who introduced the term as ‘share-time’! Building and maintaining the relationship with your patients is the best way to ensure the continued success of your practice.

Contexte médical.
chair-time : temps de la consultation
share-time : temps du partage ?

comment rendre cela ?

face à face ; tête à tête

Explanation:

‘share-time’, not ‘chair-time’
temps sur la table (médicale) = temps rentable

Explanation:
