J'ai un doute sur cette expression, je dirais "attirer les foules, avoir du succès"

Contexte : Early redemption continues to be a draw, partly because such products price well, but also because their potential on the short terms makes investors see them as a quasi substitute for income. For issuers, the ability to return capital early with an attractive return is good for customer relations
