agree  Tony M: Yes, I assume it just perhaps means that documentary proof of the NCD has been 'fourni' / The rest of the context would help a bit. Note that 'no-claims bonus' (or 'no-claims discount' = NCD) normally translates by the FR equivalent: 'bonus' tout court
