Je ne sais pas comment traduire "entitle" dans cette phrase. L'idée d'entitle est justement de donner droit à, donc je ne sais pas comment le combiner avec "their rights". J'ai pensé à "leur permet d'exercer leurs droits" mais je ne suis pas vraiment sûre.
Voici la phrase:

Registration entitles the child to their rights and bestows the responsibility for a child, throughout his or her life, on the State in which they are born.
