Cette expression me pose beaucoup problème, je ne sais pas s'il faut la traduire par mandat, attribution .

The meeting decided on the Terms of Reference for the Steering Committee, established and decided on the Terms of Reference for the INTOSAI-Donor Secretariat and approved an interim work programme.

La réunion a décidé des Attributions du Comité de pilotage, établi et fixé les Attributions du Secrétariat de l'INTOSAI-communauté des bailleurs de fonds et approuvé un programme de travail intérimaire.

Mais l'usage dans les documents officiels des organisations est "Le mandat du comité...".
