Bonjour à tous,

Je suis en train de traduire un document - court - appelé Topic Note, pour un client, agence des Nations Unies.
Le document s'appelle Topic Note, et je dois aussi traduire cela (en Titre)
Par le passé j'ai traduit des Info Notes - Notes d'information, mais pour Topic note je suis un peu coincée, car je n'aime pas bcp l'idée de traduire cela par Note de sujet.

Quelqu'un saurait-il comment on appelle les Topic Notes en français ou me confirmer que Note de sujet est utilisé?
