Tout d'abord "proterty" est un bien (avoir), ici immatériel, donc une prestation de service.
Je viens de téléphoner à l'INPI à Paris et une employée du service d'information m'a suggéré cette traduction après m'avoir indiqué que les prestations de services ne jouissent pas en France de la protection intellectuelle.
Dernière remarque, définition de "property" (bien, avoir) par opposition à "assets" (actifs) en anglais dans le Grand Dictionnaire :
Je cite : "Assets is to be distinguished from property in that assets means balance-sheet items, and (b) is usually associated with cost or the portion thereof recognized for balance-sheet purposes. Property, having a more restricted application, is more often applied to items transferable between persons, any right to its uses and benefits being safeguarded and governed by a body of law".
Pour finir, et puisque votre document source est en anglais, il doit sûrement faire référence à l'un des droits nationaux anglo-saxons.
