Boris, I think you possibly threw people off the scent by categorising the question as business/commercial; this gave no hint of the Internet aspect and understandably, non-native English readers based their suggestions on a supposed general meaning rather than detecting the domain-specific use of the term.

Explanation: Le dictionnaire Collins donne comme définition pour le verbe ''to frame'',entre autres,élaborer(pour un Plan).Ne peut-on parler ici d'élaborer un texte,un logiciel etc.Ce n'est que simple suggestion de ma part.
Explanation: pourquoi pas tout simplement ? D'autant que cette notion est absente de l'énumération des interdictions alors qu'elle est fondamentale dans toute question de droit d'auteur. Même si "frame" fait référence à une technique spécifique du web (comme l'indique Martin), il s'agit quand même d'une forme de reproduction...
