Dans le cadre de la traduction d'un site internet mais je n'ai pas de contexte car je traduis des "strings". Je vois bien de quoi il s'agit, s'inscrire pour montrer que l'on est intéressé avant les évènements, mais je ne trouve pas de formulation élégante.

En fait, bien évidemment, vous pouvez adapter le verbe; l'on peut imaginer "à consulter avant l'événement". Tout dépend qui dresse cette liste, et c'est là que le manque de contexte se fait sentir.
