Puisqu'il s'agit d'une expression définie, je vous suggère de la garder la plus courte possible - "rendement après vente" ou "rendement après aliénation" ou "rendement après disposition" (dans un texte fiscal) - pour éviter qu'elle prête à interprétation quand on la relit plus loin de sa définition dans le texte:

...j'utiliseraiS... mais j'hésiterais beaucoup parce que c'est "après impôt sur les distributions" mais pas nécessairement aussi après impôt sur le gain en capital associable à la vente (d'où une certaine confusion quand on s'éloigne de la définition).
